Job summary

fäm Properties is seeking a Leasing Agent in Dubai to guide clients through renting processes. You will meet clients, analyze market trends, match tenants to properties, create listings, and negotiate terms with landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities include preparing tenancy contracts, ensuring legal compliance, and managing sign-off processes. Comprehensive training, in-house marketing support, and a clear career path are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their rental needs and preferences
• Stay up to date with market rental trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice
• Match tenants with suitable rental properties and organize property viewings
• Create and manage listings for rental properties
• Negotiate rental terms and conditions on behalf of landlords and tenants
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of tenancy contracts and required documentation
• Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and industry professionals
