Leasing Progression Specialist

Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Leasing Progression Officer (LPO) to own the leasing deal progression from the moment a deal is created by Sales until it is fully closed. The role demands meticulous documentation, excellent communication, and coordination with tenants, landlords, Sales, Legal, Finance, and other internal teams.

The ideal candidate has experience in leasing or real estate administration, strong follow-up and multi-tasking abilities, and fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, real estate, property administration, or transaction coordination.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation review.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
• Effective communication with tenants, landlords, Sales teams, and internal departments.
• Knowledge of leasing documents and processes is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review new leasing deals submitted by the Sales team.
• Contact tenants and landlords to collect and complete all required documentation.
• Manage customer-facing activities required to complete leasing transactions.
• Verify deal details, IDs, terms and conditions, addendums, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate signing appointments with tenants and handover appointments with landlords.
• Follow up on pending documents, payments, and cheques to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with Representatives regarding physical document and cheque collection or submission.
• Work closely with Legal, Sales, Finance, and other relevant teams to resolve outstanding requirements.
• Track each deal throughout the Leasing Progression workflow and ensure timely progression.
• Ensure all required documents are uploaded and deal records are complete and accurate.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure corrections are made.
• Follow up on each transaction until it is ready for final closure.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure agreed turnaround times are consistently met.
