Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a Leasing Progression Representative to manage outdoor, client-facing activities essential to leasing transactions for landlords and tenants. The role requires strong organization, reliability, and professionalism when handling sensitive documents and cheques.

You will conduct tenant and VIP visits, coordinate landlord appointments, and ensure all paperwork and payments are accurately processed and recorded across branches. Fluency in English and a UAE driving licence are required.

• Valid UAE driving licence is a must.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tenant visits and document-signing appointments, including VIP visits.
• Coordinate landlord visits and signing appointments as required.
• Collect signed documents and physical paperwork from landlords.
• Receive, collect, and hand over cheques and documents between branches and landlords.
• Conduct landlord cheque and document handovers when required.
• Support VIP and home-visit tenant services when assigned.
• Verify all documents are complete before returning to the Leasing Progression Officer (LPO).
• Coordinate visit schedules with LPOs.
• Maintain records of all document and cheque collections and handovers.
• Report missing or incomplete documents to the LPO immediately.
• Support urgent physical document and cheque requests as needed.
• Ensure client-facing activities are professional and align with company procedures.
