Eurostar Rent A Car in the UAE is seeking an proactive Operations Coordinator - Leasing to support vehicle leasing operations, allocate fleets, and handle contract administration.

Key duties include coordinating with corporate clients, preparing leasing contracts, renewals and extensions, and ensuring timely delivery and compliance with service standards. A degree in business/automotive management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management or a related field.
• Experience in leasing coordination, fleet operations or car rental.
• Good understanding of vehicle leasing processes and contract administration.
• Strong coordination, communication and customer service skills.
• MS Office proficiency and ERP systems experience is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily vehicle leasing operations including allocation, delivery and collection.
• Prepare and maintain leasing contracts, quotations and customer records.
• Coordinate with corporate clients on vehicle requirements, renewals and replacements.
• Liaise with operations, workshop, fleet and sales teams to ensure vehicle availability and timely delivery.
• Monitor lease expiry dates, vehicle utilisation and renewal schedules.
• Follow up on registration, insurance and maintenance and documentation.
• Maintain leasing records and prepare operational reports.
• Assist in resolving customer queries and operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
