Job summary

Al Tayer Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Coordinator to oversee branch operations, manage fleet movements, and ensure service levels across the fleet. You will liaise with maintenance and accounts to ensure smooth operations and timely payments.

The role requires 5–7 years in car rental, a degree in any discipline, and a proven ability to manage resources and customer expectations within corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• 5 to 7 years experience in a Car rental environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of branches, ensuring resources meet business needs.
• Control fleet movement and allocate vehicles to branches.
• Check rental agreements and forward to the accounts department.
• Monitor vehicle service requirements and coordinate with the maintenance department.
• Coordinate with rental agents to fulfill prior reservations.
• Monitor monthly rentals and arrange payments from the accounts department.
• Resolve customer grievances within the company’s parameters.
• Prepare reports on sales activity, fleet utilization and maintenance with recommendations.
