Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Automotive Management, or related field.
• 2-4 years UAE experience in car rental, leasing, after-sales, or fleet coordination.
• Strong knowledge of RTA procedures and vehicle documentation.
• Experience handling insurance claims and workshop coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily lease operations and process customer requests.
• Communicate with customers, workshops, and insurers.
• Monitor vehicle servicing and workshop schedules.
• Maintain lease records and operational reports in ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with RTA procedures and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer support throughout the lease lifecycle.
