Job summary

Eurostar Rent-A-Car, with branches across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Al Ain, seeks a proactive Sales Executive to drive inside and outside sales, acquire new corporate accounts, and manage a growing portfolio of key clients. Qualifications

• Develop and acquire new corporate accounts through direct sales, networking, referrals, and structured business development activities.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate, regional, and local accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders within the new and assigned accounts.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and bids with internal coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new corporate accounts through direct sales, networking, referrals, and structured business development activities.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate, regional, and local accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders within the new and assigned accounts.
• Develop strategic and tactical account plans, identifying revenue opportunities, retention priorities, cross-selling opportunities, and required actions.
• Independently generate leads, qualify opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into profitable business.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and bids in coordination with the Sales Manager and relevant internal departments.
• Negotiate lease and rental rates, commercial terms, contract conditions, and renewals within approved authority and pricing guidelines.
• Manage all documentation related to corporate leasing and rental agreements, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned customers, including renewals, extensions, renegotiations, service requirements, and account development.
• Monitor contract expiries, customer retention, payment performance, and potential business risks within the assigned portfolio.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities through the company’s CRM and digital systems.
• Prepare regular pipeline reports, sales forecasts, account reviews, customer visit reports, and monthly performance updates.
• Coordinate closely with Pricing, Operations, Finance, Credit, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of customer requirements.
• Support the Sales Manager in achieving departmental sales, revenue, retention, and new business targets.
