Job summary

You will design learning materials, support onboarding, lead workshops both in person and virtually, and measure impact using LMS data to drive improvements and uplift customer experience.

Qualifications

• This role focuses on Learning & Development and training within a customer‑facing showroom environment.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in training, L&D, or retail/sales training is preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs with managers and stakeholders and develop learning plans.
• Create engaging, instructor-led and digital learning content.
• Deliver in-person and virtual workshops and onboarding sessions.
• Support product, brand, and supplier training programs.
• Track learning participation and impact, maintain LMS records, and recommend improvements.
