Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development
• Experience designing and implementing L&D programs, competency frameworks, and employee development initiatives aligned with organizational learning strategies
• Strong knowledge and practical application of AI in training and learning solutions
• Experience from Dubai government entity or large corporations preferred
