Job summary

Sanipex Group in Dubai is seeking a Training Specialist to partner with the Talent Development team, identify learning needs, and deliver engaging programmes that employees can apply on the job. You will design learning materials, support onboarding, lead workshops both in person and virtually, and measure impact using LMS data to drive improvements and uplift customer experience.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on role working closely with the Talent Development team to identify training needs, deliver relevant learning, and help employees apply their learning in the workplace.

The Training Specialist will support the design, delivery and evaluation of training programmes, create engaging learning materials, and provide insights on training needs and effectiveness. The role will also support new joiner onboarding and the planning and delivery of product, brand and supplier training across Sanipex Group.

Training Needs & Learning Development

Identify training needs with managers and stakeholders, develop learning plans aligned to business priorities, and create engaging training and digital learning content.

Training Delivery & Facilitation

Deliver engaging workshops, bite‑sized learning, showroom activities and onboarding sessions, both in‑person and virtually, adapting delivery to different audiences and needs.

Product & Supplier Training

Support product, brand and supplier training, ensuring content is accurate and relevant while helping teams build product knowledge and confidently engage customers.

New Joiner Onboarding

Coordinate and deliver onboarding training to help new joiners understand Sanipex standards, systems, tools and customer experience expectations, while monitoring their learning progress.

Learning Measurement & Field Insights

Track training participation, learning application and progress, maintain LMS records, and use feedback and data to identify capability gaps and improve learning.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, share insights and best practices, and identify opportunities to continuously improve learning, employee capability and customer experience.

About You

This role focuses on Learning & Development and training within a customer‑focused, showroom environment. You will identify training needs, create engaging learning materials and programmes, deliver in‑person and virtual training, and support product, supplier, and new-joiner onboarding. You will work closely with managers, sales teams, product and brand teams to improve employee knowledge, customer experience and sales capability. This role also involves observing employees, providing coaching and feedback, tracking training participation and result through the LMS, identifying capability gaps, and recommending improvements.

The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of experience in training, L&D, retail/sales training or a related field, preferably in retail, luxury, interior design, or another customer‑facing environment. You should have strong communication, facilitation, coaching, relationship‑building, organisation, and stakeholder‑management skills, and be able to work independently with collaborating effectively with different teams.
