Job summary

Khazna Data Centers is seeking a Learning Coordinator to join the Learning & Development team in Dubai to support administration, LMS management, and program delivery. The role focuses on coordinating training, maintaining records, and ensuring timely reporting of learning initiatives.

The successful candidate will manage calendars, registrations, and logistics, liaise with vendors and facilitators, and provide strong customer service with excellent English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in learning administration, HR administration, training coordination or similar role.
• Experience coordinating training programs, workshops and employee learning activities.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or HR systems.
• Strong administrative, planning, organizational, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Learning & Development programs, including training sessions, onboarding, and leadership initiatives.
• Manage training calendars, nominations, registrations, attendance, and scheduling.
• Coordinate end-to-end training logistics, including venues, virtual sessions, materials, and resources.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, facilitators, and external vendors to ensure smooth program delivery.
• Administer the LMS, including course creation, enrollments, content updates, and completion tracking.
• Prepare learner communications and learning reports and dashboards.
