Job summary

Anduril Industries is developing unmanned systems for subsurface, surface, land, and air domains, employing unsupervised autonomy for multi-mission delivery. The Lead Warfighting Systems Analyst will join an Agile team in the UAE, with initial hiring in London and relocation upon center setup.

The role focuses on modeling, simulation and analysis (M&S), wargaming, and training to align customer needs with product capabilities and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Active country-specific Secret security clearance.
• 7+ years experience in ORSA, systems analysis or related technical-operational discipline.
• Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design.

Responsibilities

• Leverage high-end models and simulations to conduct analysis and training.
• Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities.
• Evaluate how platform, payload, autonomy, sensors, and C2 affect mission outcomes.
• Design, execute, and analyze tactical and mission-level wargames.
