Job summary

Anduril Industries is building unmanned systems and simulation centers in the UAE. We seek a Lead Warfighting Systems Analyst to bridge operations and system design, driving modeling, wargaming, and analysis for customer-focused capabilities.

The role requires a Secret clearance, 7+ years in ORSA or related fields, and strong C++/Python modeling skills. You will lead an agile team, collaborate with engineering, and translate requirements into robust simulations and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active country-specific Secret security clearance required.
• 7+ years of experience in ORSA, systems analysis, mission engineering, or related technical-operational discipline.
• Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design, including scenario development and data analytics.
• Demonstrated experience in modeling and simulation for military missions, with emphasis on friendly/adversary tactics.
• Proficiency with C++ or Python for physics-based modeling and scripting.
• Ability to connect system performance, architecture, and design choices to mission outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage high-end models and simulations to conduct analysis, experimentation, and training.
• Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities.
• Evaluate how platform, payload, autonomy, sensor, effector, communications, navigation, or C2 choices affect mission outcomes.
• Design, execute, and analyze tactical engagement-level and mission-level wargames.
• Develop physics-based models and operational scenarios with red/blue force emphasis.
• Assess system‑of‑systems interactions and dependencies impacting missions.
• Lead warfighting capability analysts to stay grounded in customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and business development to demonstrate capabilities via data-driven analysis.
