The ideal candidate will have strong English communication, proven restaurant management experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining cost controls and a high standard of service.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant and bar management experience.
• 1–2 years in a public-facing role, preferably in upscale or lifestyle hotel.
• Enter and locate work information using computers and POS systems.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensure day-to-day operation of the restaurant runs smoothly.
• Assist leadership in achieving high guest satisfaction.
• Guide and lead the server in the restaurant.
• Perform the duties of supervisor on regular basis.
• Maximize sales potential and upsell to maximize rates.
• Record cash and report discrepancies to Restaurant Manager.
• To work within budgeted costs.
• Maintain a high level of guest service and handle complaints promptly.
