Job summary

FIVE Hotels and Resorts in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Floor Supervisor or Restaurant Manager to lead a luxury dining team within our flagship property. You will oversee service quality, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure impeccable standards across all shifts.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting know-how, and hands-on involvement in daily operations, training, and performance reviews. Fluent English and hospitality proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager in a Luxury Hotel.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook, and strong knowledge of Restaurant Management software and POS systems.
• Understanding of Health and Safety Regulations and Food Hygiene Standards.
• Proven track record in achieving financial targets, budgeting and cost control without compromising service.
• Energetic, team-oriented leadership and exceptional guest-service mindset.
• Flawless grooming and professional appearance, aligned with FIVE standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage guests and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dining area and service zones to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and lead the restaurant team.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and proactively address guest needs.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain Five-Star quality and presentation.
• Monitor financials, costs and budgets to maximise profitability without compromising service.
