Job summary

Athar Group, a legacy family office expanding its real estate portfolio, seeks a Senior Property Manager in Sharjah. You will lead end-to-end leasing, optimize occupancy, and coordinate renewals across commercial, residential and industrial assets.

Responsibilities include rent analysis, tenant relations, and ensuring accuracy in registrations with Sharjah authorities, supported by your experience with property management software. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in UAE real estate leasing with portfolio responsibility.
• Knowledge of Sharjah regulations and leasing practices.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing from marketing to signing leases within approved terms.
• Track rent rolls, occupancy, expiries and market rents.
• Manage renewals, tenant retention and rent negotiations.
• Follow up overdue rent with finance for settlements and write-offs.
• Plan lease-up for new warehouses, showrooms and shops.
• Identify opportunities to lease or manage third-party properties.
• Maintain strong tenant/broker relationships and timely communication.
• Prepare tenancy contracts and registrations with Sharjah authorities.
