Qualifications

• 10–14+ years of relevant experience in property management.
• At least 5 years in a property management leadership role.
• Proven experience managing commercial and residential property portfolios, ideally including retail assets or shopping malls.
• Strong expertise in leasing, tenant management, property operations, and asset performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of real estate financials, budgeting, rental yields, occupancy management, and operational costs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple properties, external service providers, and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, commercial, and leadership capabilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

This role will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing a diverse portfolio of commercial, retail, and residential properties, with a strong focus on asset performance, leasing strategies, occupancy optimization, operational excellence, and revenue growth.
