Job summary

GMG in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Manager, Properties to oversee leasing, tenant relations, and property management across the portfolio. The role supports senior management by driving occupancy, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering timely market insights for strategic growth.

You will lead a small team, set KPIs, and coordinate with internal and external partners to optimize revenue and compliance. A strong background in real estate leasing and stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 7+ years in real estate, retail leasing, or property management.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership of small teams or multi-site operations.
• Proven experience in leasing negotiations and tenant relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing and property management activities across the portfolio.
• Develop leasing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain strong tenant relationships and monitor market trends.
