Confidential is seeking a high-caliber Property Manager to create, direct, and manage all aspects of property management services aimed at maximizing income and asset value across multiple locations in the UAE.

You will drive leasing revenue for residential and commercial portfolios, maintain high occupancy, and lead a team to deliver effective tenant management, regulatory compliance, and performance improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of property management and leasing experience in large residential/commercial portfolios.
• At least 5 years UAE experience with a leading organization.

Responsabilidades

• Attract high-profile tenants at competitive market rents and maintain high occupancy.
• Develop and implement leasing and property management programs for new and existing tenants.
• Manage residential and commercial property portfolios and coordinate leasing strategies.
• Delegate and supervise leasing, property management, and marketing activities with KPI monitoring and revenue targets.
• Ensure leasing activities comply with laws, regulations, and company policies; resolve tenant concerns and operational issues.
• Prepare management reports by collecting and analyzing market and portfolio data; monitor market trends and pricing benchmarks.
