Job summary

Driven Asset Management is seeking a Property Manager in Dubai to oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction and regulatory compliance. You will manage leases, attend to maintenance, and coordinate with vendors across a diverse portfolio.

The role requires 3+ years in UAE property management, familiarity with EJARI and DLD portals, plus strong organizational and communication skills. A relevant degree and RERA certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of property management experience in the UAE.
• Familiarity with EJARI, DLD portal, and Dubai tenancy laws.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• RERA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tenant screening, onboarding, move-ins, renewals, and documentation.
• Administer lease agreements, amendments, and enforce terms and tenancy obligations.
• Manage rent collection, arrears, and recovery actions.
• Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and vendor performance.
• Prepare property operating budgets and financial reporting.
