Job summary

STRUCTURAL in Dubai is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex repair and restoration projects across the UAE. You will oversee self-performed work, manage contracts, schedules, and project financials while mentoring project teams and coordinating with estimators and sales.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in commercial construction/restoration, excellent English, and preferably Arabic, with proven leadership and delivery of multi-project programs in a demanding, safety-focused

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication and technical writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering/construction management or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience within the Commercial construction and/or restoration industry.
• Ability to speak and write in Arabic preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to successfully manage construction projects.
• Experience with structural concrete repair, waterproofing, façade repair and/or historic restoration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management/forecasting tools.
• Strong leadership to train and mentor others and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Managing self-performed complex repair and restoration projects.
• Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions with contracts teams.
• Developing and managing schedules with field leadership.
• Maintaining profit & loss responsibility and other project financials.
• Providing leadership, mentorship and supervision to project teams and subcontractors.
• Reviewing bids with Estimators and Sales to develop proposals.
• Evaluating risk and loss exposure on projects.
• Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrating dedication to safety and quality control on all projects.
