Job summary

STRUCTURAL, part of Structural Group, is recruiting a Project Manager to be based in the Abu Dhabi office and support projects in Dubai. You will manage complex repair and restoration projects across the UAE, ensuring on-time delivery, safety and quality control.

You will lead Project Managers, Field Managers, Project Engineers, and subcontractors, coordinating with estimators and sales to review bids and develop proposals, while maintaining strong customer relationships and financial

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication and technical writing.
• 5-12 years of relevant experience within commercial construction/restoration.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Experience with structural concrete repair, waterproofing, façade repair and/or historic restoration.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and project management/forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage self-performed complex repair and restoration projects.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with contracts team.
• Develop and manage schedules with field leadership.
• Maintain profit & loss responsibility and other project financials.
