Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company is seeking a Senior Lead to drive the specification, development, selection and rollout of project management systems across ADNOC Group. You will oversee standards, governance, competence assessment and continuous improvement of PM processes.

The role ensures compliant, efficient delivery of capital projects by maintaining PM tools and guidelines across the organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with project management systems development and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead specification, identification, development and rollout of PM systems to ADNOC Group.
• Oversee group PM processes and tools alignment with targets and risk reporting.
• Define group-specific PM standards, procedures and methodologies.
• Develop PM & project services competency and career development programs.
• Educate PMT/IPMT on PM systems methodologies and templates.
