Job summary

ADNOC is seeking an experienced Project Planner to provide leadership in planning and scheduling across the group companies. You will shape policies, ensure consistency with ADNOC standards and support in capital delivery optimization.

The role requires extensive experience in project control, risk management and performance reporting to key stakeholders at executive levels. Based in Abu Dhabi, it offers a challenging environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Science / Project Management or relevant disciplines.
• 10 years relevant experience in NOC's/IOC's or EPC(M) companies, with at least 4 years in addressing technical discipline challenges as Expert/Principal/Discipline Technical Authority.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group’s overall Project Planning program and monitor alignment with targets.
• Define group-specific project planning policies, procedures, methodologies and tools.
• Provide technical expertise in project planning & scheduling as required.
• Prepare and distribute transparent project reports and dashboards.
