Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company invites a seasoned Project Planning professional to provide technical support for planning and scheduling across ADNOC and group projects. You will help define methodologies, processes, and tools, ensuring adherence to ADNOC planning standards and successful capital delivery.

The role emphasizes governance, performance reporting, risk management, and development of planning competency across group companies, with emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Science/Project Management.
• 10 years relevant experience in NOC's/IOC's or EPC(M) companies, including at least 4 years in addressing technical discipline challenges as Expert / Principal / Discipline Technical Authority.
• Good knowledge and experience in defining and implementing PMC Frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group’s overall Project Planning program, monitor alignment with targets and identify deviations and risks.
• Define detailed group-specific project planning policies, procedures, methodologies and tools in line with ADNOC guidelines and ensure dissemination and compliance.
• Provide technical expertise in project planning & scheduling as required.
• Prepare and deliver accurate reports/dashboards for stakeholders and management.
• Plan and execute initiatives to improve capital delivery program and maximize ADNOC’s value.
