Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a senior leader to drive the specification, development and rollout of project management systems across the Group. You will partner with Project Services to ensure best-in-class processes, documentation and administration across ADNOC Group Companies.

You will lead competency development, manage budgets and performance systems, and drive continuous improvement aligned with ISO standards, HSE and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• 15 years of experience with project management systems development and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the specification, identification, development, selection and implementation rollout to Group companies for PM systems.
• Oversee group’s overall Project Management processes, systems and tools; monitor alignment with targets.
• Define group-specific Project Management Standards, Procedures, methodologies and tools and ensure dissemination & compliance.
• Provide technical expertise on Project Management processes, systems and tools and administration.
• Lead competency and career development program for Project Management & Project Services.
• Support the Project Manager in controlling the individual project and administration.
• Educate PMT/IPMT on methodologies and templates.
• Lead approved Department policies, processes, systems, standards, procedures and internal controls.
• Implement the Company Performance Management System for individuals within the Department.
• Review and develop the organisation structure to meet objectives.
• Propose improvements to internal processes to ISO standards.
• Support HSE culture and compliance across the Department.

Education
