Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Project Planning & Scheduling professional to oversee the group’s project planning program, ensuring adherence to ADNOC guidelines and delivering clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science/PM, 10 years in NOC/IOC/EPC(M), and proven experience in PMC frameworks, governance across group companies, and leading planning excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Project Management.
• 10 years of relevant experience in NOC/IOC or EPC(M) firms with at least 4 years in addressing technical discipline challenges.
• Major project management/engineering experience and ability to define PMC frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group Project Planning program, monitor alignment with targets and report deviations and risks.
• Define detailed group-specific project planning policies, procedures, methodologies and tools and ensure dissemination and compliance.
• Provide technical expertise in project planning & scheduling as required.
• Ensure accuracy and transparency of reports/dashboards and that stakeholders understand them.
• Participate in audits/reviews to align projects with ADNOC policies and enhance value.
• Plan and execute initiatives to improve capital delivery and maximise ADNOC’s value.
• Support development of group’s technical disciplines coordination and governance.
