Job summary

ADNOC is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates to lead major multidisciplinary engineering projects from concept through commissioning, start-up and handover. The role requires extensive leadership of teams, consultants and contractors, with focus on HSE, quality, cost, and schedule adherence.

Candidates should have 12+ years in Oil & Gas project engineering/execution, including 5+ years leading multidisciplinary staff. On-site work arrangement in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in Project Engineering and Project Execution in Oil & Gas.
• At least 5 years of experience leading multidisciplinary staff, consultants and contractors.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead major multidisciplinary engineering projects from inception through handover.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across execution phases.
• Ensure projects meet HSE, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors and manage contracts and procurement.
