Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a leader to specify, develop, select and implement PM systems across the group, ensuring best-in-class processes and tools for project management and control.

You will oversee standard guidelines, administration, and competency development, while coordinating with group companies and the Human Capability Group to build a UAE-national workforce aligned with Emiratization goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• 15 years of experience with project management systems development and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead specification, identification, development, selection and implementation rollout of PM systems across ADNOC Group.
• Oversee group’s project management processes, systems and tools; monitor alignment with targets and report deviations.
• Define and disseminate group-specific Project Management Standards, Procedures, methodologies and tools.
• Lead development of competency and career development for project management personnel.
