I Buy Real Estate in Abu Dhabi seeks a Team Leader to drive the sales team’s performance across off-plan and secondary markets. You will lead, coach, and motivate brokers, set targets, optimize commissions, and secure key partnerships with developers and investors.

The role demands a strong track record in real estate leadership, strategic planning, and client negotiations, with a deep understanding of AD regulations and CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of UAE real estate sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate, including secondary and off-plan segments.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting.
• Analytical, results oriented, with high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate brokers and sales consultants to hit targets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market share and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, developers, and investors.
• Monitor market trends and report performance with accurate CRM data.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations and company policies.
