Qualifications

• Proven UAE real estate sales experience.
• Experience in Off-Plan or Secondary Market sales.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and communities.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service oriented with strong follow-up abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities from leads and networks.
• Advise clients on residential and commercial properties based on needs.
• Manage the full sales process from viewing to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and developers.
• Stay updated on prices, trends, new launches and opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and provide market advice.
• Negotiate offers and close property transactions.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients.
• Meet individual and team sales targets and contribute to growth.
• Keep accurate records of leads, clients and transactions.
