Qualifications

• Male candidate – Indian nationality preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi off-plan property sales
• Proven sales and business development experience
• Leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in managing/motivating a sales team is an advantage
• Existing sales team or strong agent network is a major plus
• UAE Driving License is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies, with a strong focus on Abu Dhabi off-plan properties.
• Monitor team performance, sales activities, and leads to ensure targets are consistently achieved.
• Support agents in client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, investors, and key clients.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales agents while expanding the company’s agent network.
• Stay updated on new project launches, unit availability, pricing, and market trends to maximize sales opportunities.
