Job summary

List International Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior Sales Team Leader to drive revenue growth in UAE real estate and PropTech markets. You will lead a high-performing sales team, build strategic partnerships with developers, brokers, and business owners, and manage key accounts using CRM tools.

The role requires 5–7+ years of experience, strong leadership, Arabic and English fluency, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
5–7+ years of professional experience, preferably in Real Estate, PropTech, SAS, CRM, or related industries.
Minimum 2–3 years of proven management/team leadership experience.
Strong experience with Property Finder and UAE real estate.
Experience with PropTech platforms, SAS models, and CRM systems.
Fluent in English and Arabic, with UAE market knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Set sales objectives, monitor performance, and implement growth strategies.
Develop relationships with developers, brokers, agencies, and business owners.
Identify opportunities and generate qualified leads through networking and market research.
Manage key client accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Develop client retention and account management strategies.
Maintain CRM accuracy and monitor sales KPIs.
Prepare and present sales forecasts to senior management.
