Job summary

Minor International is seeking an Engineering Supervisor at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel Dubai to oversee daily maintenance, assign tasks to technicians, and ensure preventive and corrective work meets standards.

The role supports CAPEX/OPEX planning, cost control, and coordination with procurement and external contractors, while maintaining safety and system documentation. Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and M&E knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in engineering or maintenance, preferably in hospitality.
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory or lead technician role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, BMS, fire systems).
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and engineering operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and assign tasks to technicians.
• Support CAPEX and OPEX planning and cost control.
• Coordinate with procurement and external contractors.
• Manage work orders, update engineering systems, and maintain logs and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
