Job summary

Minor International in Dubai seeks an Engineering Coordinator to support the hotel’s Engineering Department by managing administrative tasks coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring efficient communication between the engineering team, other departments, and external contractors.

The role ensures that all engineering operations run smoothly, that preventive and corrective maintenance activities are executed on time in compliance with hotel standards and UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering or facilities management is required.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel maintenance systems.
• English communication skills; other languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities and preventive tasks.
• Manage administrative tasks for the Engineering Department.
• Report project status to Director of Engineering or Chief Engineer daily.
• Support policy implementation and departmental planning.
