Job summary

Accor Group in Dubai is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for Hotel Maintenance to protect guest areas, back‑of‑house facilities and critical assets through inspections, repairs and preventive maintenance. You will report to the Director of Engineering and lead a small team, coordinating maintenance plans and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of hotel facilities and operating procedures.
• Oversee preventive maintenance activities and ensure equipment readiness.
• Lead shift duties and oversee daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks.
• Inspect systems and equipment for defects and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain maintenance records, asset inventories and reports.
• Prepare requisitions and track costs for maintenance work.
