Responsibilities

• Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and garnish for served dishes.
• Monitor quantity and stock of food and kitchen supplies; maintain kitchen logs.
• Inform staff about menu specials and out-of-stock items; prepare special meals or substitutions.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching employees.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and follow all policies.
