Qualifications

• Previous Floor Manager or restaurant supervisor experience.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Solid knowledge of front-of-house operations and service standards.
• Experience managing daily restaurant operations and peak shifts.
• Proven ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues.
