Job summary

The Career Nest is opening an all-day restaurant in Dubai. We are seeking a proactive Front of House Manager to coordinate the floor from first cover to last goodbye, working with kitchen and bar to keep service flowing.

You will brief and train the team daily, uphold standards through turnover, know the menu and drinks, and own guest satisfaction by calmly addressing concerns and following up on feedback. A calm, leading-by-example style is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory or front-of-house role in a premium or high-volume restaurant
• Leader by example, not by rota
• Calm and fast when things go wrong
• Fluent English; a second European language or Arabic is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Run the full floor, coordinating with the kitchen and bar to keep service flowing
• Brief, train, and motivate the team daily, and uphold standards during turnover
• Own guest satisfaction: handle concerns calmly and follow up on feedback
• Check mise en place, table settings, and shift planning before the first guest arrives
• Know the menu and the drinks list, and ensure your team does too
