Job summary

Career Nest Academy in Dubai is opening a new all-day restaurant and seeks a hands-on Front-of-House supervisor to run the full floor and coordinate with the kitchen and bar—from first cover to last goodbye.

You will train and motivate the team daily, maintain standards during turnover, and own guest satisfaction by calmly addressing concerns and following up on feedback. Fluent English is essential; another European language or Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory/front-of-house role in a premium or high-volume restaurant.
• Leads by example, not by rota.
• Calm and fast when things go wrong.
• Fluent English; a second European language or Arabic is an advantage.
