Job summary

Accor Hotels in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a dedicated team member to support our housekeeping and laundry operations. You will protect and manage hotel linens, ensure cleanliness, and maintain professional appearance in line with brand standards. This role involves sorting, washing, drying, and reporting on inventory and equipment usage.

We value adaptability, reliability, and teamwork. Previous similar experience is preferred, and the position offers a stable full-time schedule with meals

Qualifications

• Education: At least a primary school or vocational diploma.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the related field.

Responsibilities

• Protects company tools, equipment, machines, or other assets in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Performs other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
• Supports all co-workers and treats them with dignity and respect.
• Inspects linen and terry for damage and removes them from circulation as necessary.
• Separates soiled articles based on color, fabric, and cleaning technique requirements prior to washing or dry cleaning.
• Maintains accurate records of items washed, number of loads, and poundage of dry cleaning and laundry.
• Transports cart of washed articles to dryers and place in dryers according to load size.
• To implement responsibilities to minimize waste and protect the environment.
• To provide carrying chemicals safely, carrying, storing and using in accordance with laws, controlling reducing chemical dirtiness.
• Carries out all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facilities
• Carries out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.
