Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a Bellman for Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi to welcome guests, handle luggage with care, and guide them through the hotel and surrounding area.

You will coordinate guest flow during peak times, collaborate with front desk and housekeeping, and maintain a polished appearance while ensuring safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bellman or in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
• Professional appearance with meticulous attention to personal grooming and uniform standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage handling, loading, and unloading with care and professionalism during arrival and departure
• Greet guests warmly and provide courteous guidance throughout the hotel, including lobby, entrance, and parking areas
• Coordinate guest flow and movement to ensure smooth operations during peak times
• Maintain awareness of hotel layout, services, and amenities to provide accurate information and directions to guests
• Ensure guest safety and security by following established protocols and procedures
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach
• Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times
• Collaborate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams to deliver coordinated guest service
• Monitor and report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall hotel operations
