Job summary

Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is seeking a courteous Bellman to assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure, greet guests, and guide them through the hotel and parking areas. You will coordinate guest flow during peak times and maintain a professional appearance while collaborating with front desk, concierge and housekeeping to deliver seamless service.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Previous bellman experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for long periods.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages a plus.
• Professional appearance with grooming and uniform standards.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
