Job summary

Rixos Premium Dubai JBR in Dubai is seeking a Bellman to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling porterage, aiding arrivals and departures, and coordinating with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, safeguarding baggage, coordinating with reception, supervising valet operations, and resolving guest inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in hotel industry experience.
• Additional foreign language: Russian or Turkish compulsory.
• Strong interpersonal and professionalism required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, provide directions to hotel facilities.
• Supervise handling and safekeeping of baggage with meticulous attention to detail.
• Coordinate guest arrivals and departures with doorman and reception teams.
• Monitor valet parking, taxi queues, and hired car services according to procedures.
• Address guest inquiries promptly; escalate security incidents to the Duty Manager.
• Maintain entrance and driveway standards following service policies and ethics.
• Promote hotel facilities and in-house services to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure tasks comply with workplace safety and health policies.
• Collaborate with departments to deliver personalized and efficient service encounters.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Bellman to join our inspiring team. As a Bellman, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating memorable experiences through exceptional service and genuine hospitality. You will manage all porterage operations, assist with guest arrivals and departures, and ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house teams. This role is essential to maintaining our commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Welcome all guests and residents with warmth and professionalism, providing directions and recommendations for hotel facilities.
• Supervise and participate in the handling, storage, and safekeeping of all incoming, outgoing, and stored baggage with meticulous attention to detail
• Coordinate and support guest arrival and departure experiences, working collaboratively with the doorman and reception teams
• Monitor valet parking operations, taxi queues, and hired car services according to established priorities and procedures
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating security incidents or complaints to the Duty Manager when appropriate
• Maintain the hotel entrance and driveway operations in accordance with established service standards and code of ethics
• Promote inter-hotel sales and in-house facilities to enhance the guest experience
• Ensure all tasks are performed in adherence with workplace safety and health policies and procedures
• Work closely with colleagues across all departments to deliver personalized and efficient service encounters
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information at all times
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
• Additional foreign language - Russian, Turkish compulsory.
