• Ensure all shipments meet operational KPIs and delivery standards.
• Maintain high safety standards across all logistics activities.
• Coordinate with delivery service providers to improve service quality.
• Conduct interviews and support hiring for associate roles.
• Manage driver schedules and workload distribution effectively.
• Track and analyze operational metrics to support performance improvements.
• Ensure accurate completion of administrative and reporting tasks.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
• Identify and resolve process-related issues to enhance efficiency.
