• Data analysis and insight-generation skills using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Ability to use digital technologies and creative tools to develop engaging learning campaigns.

• Develop facilitators, managers, and learning delivery partners to increase the reach and impact of learning programs.
• Build a strong culture of coaching, accountability, continuous development, and consistent performance standards.
