Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and order management.
• Familiarity with SAP MM and SD modules.

• Experience in multinational or international environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order-to-delivery cycle with accurate processing.
• Coordinate with manufacturing sites, logistics partners, and customers.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates proactively.
• Prepare and validate sales and shipping documentation.
• Provide administrative support to Korea business operations.
• Coordinate procurement of marketing materials and office supplies.
• Handle travel, visitors, and events for partners.
• Manage incoming business inquiries via phone and email.
