Job summary

PUMA Dubai is seeking a Coordinator Customer Service GCC to deliver top-tier customer service and efficiently process orders from the Dubai Design District headquarters. You will liaise with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Warehouse to ensure accurate order processing and timely stock checks.

Proficiency in English and strong MS Office skills are essential. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales or customer service, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain accurate records in SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–2 years in sales or customer service
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of customer service and respond to inquiries promptly
• Process and coordinate all orders per company policies
• Check incoming stock against orders and forward to Warehouse
• Handle customer shipment claims or returns as per policy
• Support internal partners in order processing across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to achieve department goals
• Prepare monthly and daily reports on orders, inventory and fulfilment
• Ensure shipments are invoiced in SAP accurately
