What You\'ll Do Customer Service & Order Management
As the central point of contact for customers and internal teams, you will:
- Manage the complete order-to-delivery cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
- Coordinate closely with manufacturing sites, logistics partners, and customers to ensure smooth execution of deliveries.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, resolving issues before they impact the customer experience.
- Build strong and trusted relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
- Ensure all customer inquiries are handled professionally, efficiently, and with a high level of responsiveness.
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate shipment schedules and delivery activities with factories and logistics providers.
- Track and manage delivery performance to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Support import/export documentation requirements and shipping processes.
- Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
Sales Administration & Documentation
- Prepare, validate, and maintain critical sales and shipping documentation, including:
- Invoices
- Product certificates
- Technical documentation
- Delivery-related records
- Support monthly sales closing activities.
- Assist with tax invoice processing and Accounts Receivable follow-up.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance across all customer, sales, and logistics records.
Business Support & Administration
- Provide administrative support to the Korea business operations.
- Act as a liaison between local teams and Shared Service Centres on finance and operational matters.
- Coordinate procurement of marketing materials, product literature, samples, office supplies, and promotional items.
- Support travel, visitor, and event coordination for colleagues and business partners visiting from Korea and other locations.
- Manage incoming business inquiries through phone and email channels.
South Korean national currently based in the UAE OR highly proficient in Korean (written and spoken)
Professional proficiency in English
Experience in:
- Customer Service
- Order Management
- Logistics / Supply Chain Coordination
- Sales Administration
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in a multinational or international business environment.
- Knowledge of SAP, particularly MM and SD modules.
- Understanding of Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and sales administration processes.
- Familiarity with import/export and logistics documentation.
