Job summary

Etex in Dubai is seeking a Korean-speaking Customer Service & Logistics Executive to join our multilingual team. You will manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery cycle, coordinate with factories, logistics partners, and customers, and ensure accurate documentation and on-time shipments.

The role also covers admin support for Korea operations and collaboration with Shared Service Centres. You will bring at least 3 years of experience in customer service, order management, and logistics

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, and logistics.
• Proficiency in English and Korean (written and spoken).
• Experience with SAP MM/SD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order-to-delivery cycle with accurate processing.
• Coordinate with manufacturing sites, logistics partners, and customers for on-time deliveries.
• Monitor orders and proactively communicate updates, resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate sales and shipping documentation and compliance.
• Support administration for Korea business operations and cross-functional collaboration.
